3:1 [hgb]  我 夜 间 躺 卧 在 床 上 ， 寻 找 我 心 所 爱 的 。 我 寻 找 他 ， 却 寻 不 见 。 
    [kjv]  By night on my bed I sought him whom my soul loveth: I sought him, but I found him not.
    [bbe]  By night on my bed I was looking for him who is the love of my soul: I was looking for him, but I did not see him.
3:2 [hgb]  我 说 ， 我 要 起 来 ， 游 行 城 中 ， 在 街 市 上 ， 在 宽 阔 处 ， 寻 找 我 心 所 爱 的 。 我 寻 找 他 ， 却 寻 不 见 。 
    [kjv]  I will rise now, and go about the city in the streets, and in the broad ways I will seek him whom my soul loveth: I sought him, but I found him not.
    [bbe]  I will get up now and go about the town, in the streets and in the wide ways I will go after him who is the love of my soul: I went after him, but I did not see him.
3:3 [hgb]  城 中 巡 逻 看 守 的 人 遇 见 我 。 我 问 他 们 ， 你 们 看 见 我 心 所 爱 的 没 有 。 
    [kjv]  The watchmen that go about the city found me: to whom I said, Saw ye him whom my soul loveth?
    [bbe]  The watchmen who go about the town came by me; to them I said, Have you seen him who is my heart's desire?
3:4 [hgb]  我 刚 离 开 他 们 ， 就 遇 见 我 心 所 爱 的 。 我 拉 住 他 ， 不 容 他 走 ， 领 他 入 我 母 家 ， 到 怀 我 者 的 内 室 。 
    [kjv]  It was but a little that I passed from them, but I found him whom my soul loveth: I held him, and would not let him go, until I had brought him into my mother's house, and into the chamber of her that conceived me.
    [bbe]  I was but a little way from them, when I came face to face with him who is the love of my soul. I took him by the hands, and did not let him go, till I had taken him into my mother's house, and into the room of her who gave me birth.
3:5 [hgb]  耶 路 撒 冷 的 众 女 子 阿 ， 我 指 着 羚 羊 ， 或 田 野 的 母 鹿 嘱 咐 你 们 ， 不 要 惊 动 ， 不 要 叫 醒 我 所 亲 爱 的 ， 等 他 自 己 情 愿 （ 不 要 叫 醒 云 云 或 作 不 要 激 动 爱 情 等 它 自 发 ） 。 
    [kjv]  I charge you, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes, and by the hinds of the field, that ye stir not up, nor awake my love, till he please.
    [bbe]  I say to you, O daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes of the field, let not love be moved till it is ready.
