40:1 [hgb] 我 们 被 掳 掠 第 二 十 五 年 ， 耶 路 撒 冷 城 攻 破 后 十 四 年 ， 正 在 年 初 ， 月 之 初 十 日 ， 耶 和 华 的 灵 （ 原 文 作 手 ） 降 在 我 身 上 ， 他 把 我 带 到 以 色 列 地 。
[kjv] In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and brought me thither.
[bbe] In the twenty-fifth year after we had been taken away prisoners, in the first month of the year, on the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after the town was taken, on the very same day, the hand of the Lord was on me, and he took me there.
40:2 [hgb] 在 神 的 异 象 中 带 我 到 以 色 列 地 ， 安 置 在 至 高 的 山 上 。 在 山 上 的 南 边 有 仿 佛 一 座 城 建 立 。
[kjv] In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame of a city on the south.
[bbe] In the visions of God he took me into the land of Israel, and put me down on a very high mountain, on which there was, as it seemed, a building like a town opposite me.
40:3 [hgb] 他 带 我 到 那 里 ， 见 有 一 人 ， 颜 色 （ 原 文 作 形 状 ） 如 铜 ， 手 拿 麻 绳 和 量 度 的 竿 ， 站 在 门 口 。
[kjv] And he brought me thither, and, behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.
[bbe] He took me there, and I saw a man, looking like brass, with a linen cord in his hand and a measuring rod: and he was stationed in the doorway.
40:4 [hgb] 那 人 对 我 说 ， 人 子 阿 ， 凡 我 所 指 示 你 的 ， 你 都 要 用 眼 看 ， 用 耳 听 ， 并 要 放 在 心 上 。 我 带 你 到 这 里 来 ， 特 为 要 指 示 你 。 凡 你 所 见 的 ， 你 都 要 告 诉 以 色 列 家 。
[kjv] And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon all that I shall shew thee; for to the intent that I might shew them unto thee art thou brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel.
[bbe] And the man said to me, Son of man, see with your eyes and give hearing with your ears, and take to heart everything I am going to let you see; for in order that I might let you see them, you have come here: and give an account of all you see to the children of Israel.
40:5 [hgb] 我 见 殿 四 围 有 墙 。 那 人 手 拿 量 度 的 竿 ， 长 六 肘 ， 每 肘 是 一 肘 零 一 掌 。 他 用 竿 量 墙 ， 厚 一 竿 ， 高 一 竿 。
[kjv] And behold a wall on the outside of the house round about, and in the man's hand a measuring reed of six cubits long by the cubit and an hand breadth: so he measured the breadth of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.
[bbe] And there was a wall on the outside of the house all round, and in the man's hand there was a measuring rod six cubits long by a cubit and a hand's measure: so he took the measure of the building from side to side, one rod; and from base to top, one rod.
40:6 [hgb] 他 到 了 朝 东 的 门 ， 就 上 门 的 台 阶 ， 量 门 的 这 槛 ， 宽 一 竿 。 又 量 门 的 那 槛 ， 宽 一 竿 。
[kjv] Then came he unto the gate which looketh toward the east, and went up the stairs thereof, and measured the threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad; and the other threshold of the gate, which was one reed broad.
[bbe] Then he came to the doorway looking to the east, and went up by its steps; and he took the measure of the doorstep, one rod wide.
40:7 [hgb] 又 有 卫 房 ， 每 房 长 一 竿 ， 宽 一 竿 ， 相 隔 五 肘 。 门 槛 ， 就 是 挨 着 向 殿 的 廊 门 槛 ， 宽 一 竿 。
[kjv] And every little chamber was one reed long, and one reed broad; and between the little chambers were five cubits; and the threshold of the gate by the porch of the gate within was one reed.
[bbe] And the watchmen's rooms were one rod long and one rod wide; and the space between the rooms was five cubits; the doorstep of the doorway, by the covered way of the doorway inside, was one rod.
40:8 [hgb] 他 又 量 向 殿 门 的 廊 子 ， 宽 一 竿 。
[kjv] He measured also the porch of the gate within, one reed.
[bbe] And he took the measure of the covered way of the doorway inside,
40:9 [hgb] 又 量 门 廊 ， 宽 八 肘 ， 墙 柱 厚 二 肘 。 那 门 的 廊 子 向 着 殿 。
[kjv] Then measured he the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and the posts thereof, two cubits; and the porch of the gate was inward.
[bbe] Eight cubits; and its uprights, two cubits; the covered way of the doorway was inside.
40:10 [hgb] 东 门 洞 有 卫 房 ， 这 旁 三 间 ， 那 旁 三 间 ， 都 是 一 样 的 尺 寸 。 这 边 的 柱 子 和 那 边 的 柱 子 ， 也 是 一 样 的 尺 寸 。
[kjv] And the little chambers of the gate eastward were three on this side, and three on that side; they three were of one measure: and the posts had one measure on this side and on that side.
[bbe] And the rooms of the doorway on the east were three on this side and three on that; all three were of the same size; and the uprights on this side and on that were of the same size.
40:11 [hgb] 他 量 门 口 ， 宽 十 肘 ， 长 十 三 肘 。
[kjv] And he measured the breadth of the entry of the gate, ten cubits; and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits.
[bbe] And he took the measure of the opening of the doorway, ten cubits wide; and the way down the doorway was thirteen cubits;
40:12 [hgb] 卫 房 前 展 出 的 境 界 ， 这 边 一 肘 ， 那 边 一 肘 。 卫 房 这 边 六 肘 ， 那 边 六 肘 。
[kjv] The space also before the little chambers was one cubit on this side, and the space was one cubit on that side: and the little chambers were six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.
[bbe] And the space in front of the rooms, a cubit on this side and a cubit on that side; and the rooms six cubits on this side and six cubits on that.
40:13 [hgb] 又 量 门 洞 ， 从 这 卫 房 顶 的 后 檐 到 那 卫 房 顶 的 后 檐 ， 宽 二 十 五 肘 。 卫 房 门 与 门 相 对 。
[kjv] He measured then the gate from the roof of one little chamber to the roof of another: the breadth was five and twenty cubits, door against door.
[bbe] And he took the measure of the doorway from the back of one room to the back of the other, twenty-five cubits across, from door to door.
40:14 [hgb] 又 量 （ 量 原 文 作 造 ） 廊 子 六 十 肘 （ 七 十 经 作 二 十 肘 ） ， 墙 柱 外 是 院 子 ， 有 廊 为 界 ， 在 门 洞 两 边 。
[kjv] He made also posts of threescore cubits, even unto the post of the court round about the gate.
[bbe] And he took the measure of the covered way, twenty cubits; and opening from the covered way of the doorway was the open square round about.
40:15 [hgb] 从 大 门 口 到 内 廊 前 ， 共 五 十 肘 。
[kjv] And from the face of the gate of the entrance unto the face of the porch of the inner gate were fifty cubits.
[bbe] And from before the opening of the doorway to before the inner covered way of the doorway was fifty cubits.
40:16 [hgb] 卫 房 和 门 洞 两 旁 柱 间 并 廊 子 ， 都 有 严 紧 的 窗 棂 。 里 边 都 有 窗 棂 ， 柱 上 有 雕 刻 的 棕 树 。
[kjv] And there were narrow windows to the little chambers, and to their posts within the gate round about, and likewise to the arches: and windows were round about inward: and upon each post were palm trees.
[bbe] And the rooms and their uprights had sloping windows inside the doorway all round, and in the same way the covered way had windows all round on the inside: and on every upright there were palm-trees.
40:17 [hgb] 他 带 我 到 外 院 ， 见 院 的 四 围 有 铺 石 地 。 铺 石 地 上 有 屋 子 三 十 间 。
[kjv] Then brought he me into the outward court, and, lo, there were chambers, and a pavement made for the court round about: thirty chambers were upon the pavement.
[bbe] Then he took me into the outer square, and there were rooms and a stone floor made for the open square all round: there were thirty rooms on the stone floor.
40:18 [hgb] 铺 石 地 ， 就 是 矮 铺 石 地 在 各 门 洞 两 旁 ， 以 门 洞 的 长 短 为 度 。
[kjv] And the pavement by the side of the gates over against the length of the gates was the lower pavement.
[bbe] And the stone floor was by the side of the doorways, and was as wide as the doorways were long, even the lower floor.
40:19 [hgb] 他 从 下 门 量 到 内 院 外 ， 共 宽 一 百 肘 ， 东 面 北 面 都 是 如 此 。
[kjv] Then he measured the breadth from the forefront of the lower gate unto the forefront of the inner court without, an hundred cubits eastward and northward.
[bbe] Then he took the measure of the square across, from before the lower doorway inside to before the inner doorway outside, one hundred cubits. And he took me in the direction of the north,
40:20 [hgb] 他 量 外 院 朝 北 的 门 ， 长 宽 若 干 。
[kjv] And the gate of the outward court that looked toward the north, he measured the length thereof, and the breadth thereof.
[bbe] And there was a doorway to the outer square, looking to the north; and he took the measure of it to see how wide and how long it was.
40:21 [hgb] 门 洞 的 卫 房 ， 这 旁 三 间 ， 那 旁 三 间 。 门 洞 的 柱 子 和 廊 子 ， 与 第 一 门 的 尺 寸 一 样 。 门 洞 长 五 十 肘 ， 宽 二 十 五 肘 。
[kjv] And the little chambers thereof were three on this side and three on that side; and the posts thereof and the arches thereof were after the measure of the first gate: the length thereof was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.
[bbe] And it had three rooms on this side of it and three on that; its uprights and its covered ways were the same size as those of the first doorway: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.
40:22 [hgb] 其 窗 棂 和 廊 子 ， 并 雕 刻 的 棕 树 ， 与 朝 东 的 门 尺 寸 一 样 。 登 七 层 台 阶 上 到 这 门 ， 前 面 有 廊 子 。
[kjv] And their windows, and their arches, and their palm trees, were after the measure of the gate that looketh toward the east; and they went up unto it by seven steps; and the arches thereof were before them.
[bbe] And its windows, and the windows of its covered ways, and its palm-trees, were the same as those of the doorway looking to the east; and there were seven steps up to it; and the covered way went inside.
40:23 [hgb] 内 院 有 门 与 这 门 相 对 ， 北 面 东 面 都 是 如 此 。 他 从 这 门 量 到 那 门 ， 共 一 百 肘 。
[kjv] And the gate of the inner court was over against the gate toward the north, and toward the east; and he measured from gate to gate an hundred cubits.
[bbe] And there was a doorway to the inner square opposite the doorway on the north, like the doorway on the east; and he took the measure from doorway to doorway, a hundred cubits.
40:24 [hgb] 他 带 我 往 南 去 ， 见 朝 南 有 门 ， 又 照 先 前 的 尺 寸 量 门 洞 的 柱 子 和 廊 子 。
[kjv] After that he brought me toward the south, and behold a gate toward the south: and he measured the posts thereof and the arches thereof according to these measures.
[bbe] And he took me to the south, and I saw a doorway looking to the south: and he took the measure of its rooms and its uprights and its covered ways by these measure............
