18:1 [hgb]  约 沙 法 大 有 尊 荣 资 财 ， 就 与 亚 哈 结 亲 。
    [kjv]  Now Jehoshaphat had riches and honour in abundance, and joined affinity with Ahab.
    [bbe]  Now Jehoshaphat had great wealth and honour, and his son was married to Ahab's daughter.
18:2 [hgb]  过 了 几 年 ， 他 下 到 撒 玛 利 亚 去 见 亚 哈 。 亚 哈 为 他 和 跟 从 他 的 人 宰 了 许 多 牛 羊 ， 劝 他 与 自 己 同 去 攻 取 基 列 的 拉 末 。
    [kjv]  And after certain years he went down to Ahab to Samaria. And Ahab killed sheep and oxen for him in abundance, and for the people that he had with him, and persuaded him to go up with him to Ramothgilead.
    [bbe]  And after some years he went down to Samaria to see Ahab. And Ahab made a feast for him and the people who were with him, putting to death great numbers of sheep and oxen; and he got Jehoshaphat to go with him to Ramoth-gilead.
18:3 [hgb]  以 色 列 王 亚 哈 问 犹 大 王 约 沙 法 说 ， 你 肯 同 我 去 攻 取 基 列 的 拉 末 吗 ？ 他 回 答 说 ， 你 我 不 分 彼 此 ， 我 的 民 与 你 的 民 一 样 ， 必 与 你 同 去 争 战 。
    [kjv]  And Ahab king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat king of Judah, Wilt thou go with me to Ramothgilead? And he answered him, I am as thou art, and my people as thy people; and we will be with thee in the war.
    [bbe]  For Ahab, king of Israel, said to Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, Will you go with me to Ramoth-gilead? And he said, I am as you are, and my people as your people; we will be with you in the war.
18:4 [hgb]  约 沙 法 对 以 色 列 王 说 ， 请 你 先 求 问 耶 和 华 。
    [kjv]  And Jehoshaphat said unto the king of Israel, Enquire, I pray thee, at the word of the LORD to day.
    [bbe]  Then Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, Let us now get directions from the Lord.
18:5 [hgb]  于 是 以 色 列 王 招 聚 先 知 四 百 人 ， 问 他 们 说 ， 我 们 上 去 攻 取 基 列 的 拉 末 可 以 不 可 以 。 他 们 说 ， 可 以 上 去 ， 因 为 神 必 将 那 城 交 在 王 的 手 里 。
    [kjv]  Therefore the king of Israel gathered together of prophets four hundred men, and said unto them, Shall we go to Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they said, Go up; for God will deliver it into the king's hand.
    [bbe]  So the king of Israel got together all the prophets, four hundred men, and said to them, Am I to go to Ramoth-gilead to make war or not? And they said, Go up: for God will give it into the hands of the king.
18:6 [hgb]  约 沙 法 说 ， 这 里 不 是 还 有 耶 和 华 的 先 知 ， 我 们 可 以 求 问 他 吗 ？
    [kjv]  But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the LORD besides, that we might enquire of him?
    [bbe]  But Jehoshaphat said, Is there no other prophet of the Lord here from whom we may get directions?
18:7 [hgb]  以 色 列 王 对 约 沙 法 说 ， 还 有 一 个 人 ， 是 音 拉 的 儿 子 米 该 雅 。 我 们 可 以 托 他 求 问 耶 和 华 ， 只 是 我 恨 他 。 因 为 他 指 着 我 所 说 的 预 言 ， 不 说 吉 语 ， 常 说 凶 言 。 约 沙 法 说 ， 王 不 必 这 样 说 。
    [kjv]  And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, There is yet one man, by whom we may enquire of the LORD: but I hate him; for he never prophesied good unto me, but always evil: the same is Micaiah the son of Imla. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.
    [bbe]  And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, There is still one man by whom we may get directions from the Lord, but I have no love for him, because he has never been a prophet of good to me, but only of evil: he is Micaiah, the son of Imla. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.
18:8 [hgb]  以 色 列 王 就 召 了 一 个 太 监 来 ， 说 ， 你 快 去 将 音 拉 的 儿 子 米 该 雅 召 来 。
    [kjv]  And the king of Israel called for one of his officers, and said, Fetch quickly Micaiah the son of Imla.
    [bbe]  Then the king of Israel sent for one of his unsexed servants and said, Go quickly and come back with Micaiah, the son of Imla.
18:9 [hgb]  以 色 列 王 和 犹 大 王 约 沙 法 在 撒 玛 利 亚 城 门 前 的 空 场 上 ， 各 穿 朝 服 坐 在 位 上 ， 所 有 的 先 知 都 在 他 们 面 前 说 预 言 。
    [kjv]  And the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat king of Judah sat either of them on his throne, clothed in their robes, and they sat in a void place at the entering in of the gate of Samaria; and all the prophets prophesied before them.
    [bbe]  Now the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat, the king of Judah, were seated on their seats of authority, dressed in their robes, by the doorway into Samaria; and all the prophets were acting as prophets before them.
18:10 [hgb]  基 拿 拿 的 儿 子 西 底 家 造 了 两 个 铁 角 ， 说 ， 耶 和 华 如 此 说 ， 你 要 用 这 角 抵 触 亚 兰 人 ， 直 到 将 他 们 灭 尽 。
    [kjv]  And Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah had made him horns of iron, and said, Thus saith the LORD, With these thou shalt push Syria until they be consumed.
    [bbe]  And Zedekiah, the son of Chenaanah, made himself iron horns and said, The Lord says, Pushing back the Aramaeans with these, you will put an end to them completely.
18:11 [hgb]  所 有 的 先 知 也 都 这 样 预 言 说 ， 可 以 上 基 列 的 拉 末 去 ， 必 然 得 胜 ， 因 为 耶 和 华 必 将 那 城 交 在 王 的 手 中 。
    [kjv]  And all the prophets prophesied so, saying, Go up to Ramothgilead, and prosper: for the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king.
    [bbe]  And all the prophets said the same thing, saying, Go up to Ramoth-gilead, and it will go well for you, for the Lord will give it into the hands of the king.
18:12 [hgb]  那 去 召 米 该 雅 的 使 者 对 米 该 雅 说 ， 众 先 知 一 口 同 音 地 都 向 王 说 吉 言 ， 你 不 如 与 他 们 说 一 样 的 话 ， 也 说 吉 言 。
    [kjv]  And the messenger that went to call Micaiah spake to him, saying, Behold, the words of the prophets declare good to the king with one assent; let thy word therefore, I pray thee, be like one of theirs, and speak thou good.
    [bbe]  Now the servant who had gone to get Micaiah said to him, See now, all the prophets with one voice are saying good things to the king; so let your words be like theirs, and say good things.
18:13 [hgb]  米 该 雅 说 ， 我 指 着 永 生 的 耶 和 华 起 誓 ， 我 的 神 说 什 么 ， 我 就 说 什 么 。
    [kjv]  And Micaiah said, As the LORD liveth, even what my God saith, that will I speak.
    [bbe]  And Micaiah said, By the living Lord, whatever the Lord says to me I will say.
18:14 [hgb]  米 该 雅 到 王 面 前 ， 王 问 他 说 ， 米 该 雅 阿 ， 我 们 上 去 攻 取 基 列 的 拉 末 可 以 不 可 以 。 他 说 ， 可 以 上 去 ， 必 然 得 胜 ， 敌 人 必 交 在 你 们 手 里 。
    [kjv]  And when he was come to the king, the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go to Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And he said, Go ye up, and prosper, and they shall be delivered into your hand.
    [bbe]  When he came to the king, the king said to him, Micaiah, are we to go to Ramoth-gilead to make war or not? And he said, Go up, and it will go well for you; and they will be given up into your hands.
18:15 [hgb]  王 对 他 说 ， 我 当 嘱 咐 你 几 次 ， 你 才 奉 耶 和 华 的 名 向 我 说 实 话 呢 ？
    [kjv]  And the king said to him, How many times shall I adjure thee that thou say nothing but the truth to me in the name of the LORD?
    [bbe]  And the king said to him, Have I not, again and again, put you on your oath to say nothing to me but what is true in the name of the Lord?
18:16 [hgb]  米 该 雅 说 ， 我 看 见 以 色 列 众 民 散 在 山 上 ， 如 同 没 有 牧 人 的 羊 群 一 般 。 耶 和 华 说 ， 这 民 没 有 主 人 ， 他 们 可 以 平 平 安 安 地 各 归 各 家 去 。
    [kjv]  Then he said, I did see all Israel scattered upon the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd: and the LORD said, These have no master; let them return therefore every man to his house in peace.
    [bbe]  Then he said, I saw all Israel wandering on the mountains like sheep without a keeper; and the Lord said, These have no master: let them go back, every man to his house in peace.
18:17 [hgb]  以 色 列 王 对 约 沙 法 说 ， 我 岂 没 有 告 诉 你 ， 这 人 指 着 我 所 说 的 预 言 ， 不 说 吉 语 ， 单 说 凶 言 吗 ？
