[kjv] I have put off my coat; how shall I put it on? I have washed my feet; how shall I defile them?
[bbe] I have put off my coat; how may I put it on? My feet are washed; how may I make them unclean?
5:4 [hgb] 我 的 良 人 从 门 孔 里 伸 进 手 来 , 我 便 因 他 动 了 心 。
[kjv] My beloved put in his hand by the hole of the door, and my bowels were moved for him.
[bbe] My loved one put his hand on the door, and my heart was moved for him.
5:5 [hgb] 我 起 来 , 要 给 我 良 人 开 门 。 我 的 两 手 滴 下 没 药 , 我 的 指 头 有 没 药 汁 滴 在 门 闩 上 。
[kjv] I rose up to open to my beloved; and my hands dropped with myrrh, and my fingers with sweet smelling myrrh, upon the handles of the lock.
[bbe] I got up to let my loved one in; and my hands were dropping with myrrh, and my fingers with liquid myrrh, on the lock of the door.
5:6 [hgb] 我 给 我 的 良 人 开 了 门 。 我 的 良 人 却 已 转 身 走 了 。 他 说 话 的 时 候 , 我 神 不 守 舍 。 我 寻 找 他 , 竟 寻 不 见 。 我 呼 叫 他 , 他 却 不 回 答 。
[kjv] I opened to my beloved; but my beloved had withdrawn himself, and was gone: my soul failed when he spake: I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no answer.
[bbe] I made the door open to my loved one; but my loved one had taken himself away, and was gone, my soul was feeble when his back was turned on me; I went after him, but I did not come near him; I said his name, but he gave me no answer.
5:7 [hgb] 城 中 巡 逻 看 守 的 人 遇 见 我 , 打 了 我 , 伤 了 我 。 看 守 城 墙 的 人 夺 去 我 的 披 肩 。
[kjv] The watchmen that went about the city found me, they smote me, they wounded me; the keepers of the walls took away my veil from me.
