7:1 [hgb]  （ 大 卫 指 着 便 雅 悯 人 古 实 的 话 ， 向 耶 和 华 唱 的 流 离 歌 。 ） 耶 和 华 我 的 神 阿 ， 我 投 靠 你 。 求 你 救 我 脱 离 一 切 追 赶 我 的 人 ， 将 我 救 拔 出 来 。 
    [kjv]  O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
    [bbe]  <Shiggaion of David; a song which he made to the Lord, about the words of Cush the Benjamite.> O Lord my God, I put my faith in you; take me out of the hands of him who is cruel to me, and make me free;
7:2 [hgb]  恐 怕 他 们 像 狮 子 撕 裂 我 ， 甚 至 撕 碎 ， 无 人 搭 救 。 
    [kjv]  Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
    [bbe]  So that he may not come rushing on my soul like a lion, wounding it, while there is no one to be my saviour.
7:3 [hgb]  耶 和 华 我 的 神 阿 ， 我 若 行 了 这 事 ， 若 有 罪 孽 在 我 手 里 ， 
    [kjv]  O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
    [bbe]  O Lord my God, if I have done this; if my hands have done any wrong;
7:4 [hgb]  我 若 以 恶 报 那 与 我 交 好 的 人 ， 连 那 无 故 与 我 为 敌 的 ， 我 也 救 了 他 ， 
    [kjv]  If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
    [bbe]  If I have given back evil to him who did evil to me, or have taken anything from him who was against me without cause;
7:5 [hgb]  就 任 凭 仇 敌 追 赶 我 ， 直 到 追 上 。 将 我 的 性 命 踏 在 地 下 ， 使 我 的 荣 耀 归 于 灰 尘 。 （ 细 拉 ） 
    [kjv]  Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.
    [bbe]  Let my hater go after my soul and take it; let my life be crushed to the earth, and my honour into the dust. (Selah.)
7:6 [hgb]  耶 和 华 阿 ， 求 你 在 怒 中 起 来 ， 挺 身 而 立 ， 抵 挡 我 敌 人 的 暴 怒 。 求 你 为 我 兴 起 。 你 已 经 命 定 施 行 审 判 。 
    [kjv]  Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.
    [bbe]  Come up, Lord, in your wrath; be lifted up against my haters; be awake, my God, give orders for the judging.
7:7 [hgb]  愿 众 民 的 会 环 绕 你 。 愿 你 从 其 上 归 于 高 位 。 
    [kjv]  So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
    [bbe]  The meeting of the nations will be round you; take your seat, then, over them, on high.
7:8 [hgb]  耶 和 华 向 众 民 施 行 审 判 。 耶 和 华 阿 ， 求 你 按 我 的 公 义 ， 和 我 心 中 的 纯 正 ， 判 断 我 。 
    [kjv]  The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
    [bbe]  The Lord will be judge of the peoples; give a decision for me, O Lord, because of my righteousness, and let my virtue have its reward.
7:9 [hgb]  愿 恶 人 的 恶 断 绝 。 愿 你 坚 立 义 人 。 因 为 公 义 的 神 察 验 人 的 心 肠 肺 腑 。 
    [kjv]  Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
    [bbe]  O let the evil of the evil-doer come to an end, but give strength to the upright: for men's minds and hearts are tested by the God of righteousness.
7:10 [hgb]  神 是 我 的 盾 牌 。 他 拯 救 心 里 正 直 的 人 。 
    [kjv]  My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
    [bbe]  God, who is the saviour of the upright in heart, is my breastplate.
7:11 [hgb]  神 是 公 义 的 审 判 者 ， 又 是 天 天 向 恶 人 发 怒 的 神 。 
    [kjv]  God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
    [bbe]  God is the judge of the upright, and is angry with the evil-doers every day.
7:12 [hgb]  若 有 人 不 回 头 ， 他 的 刀 必 磨 快 。 弓 必 上 弦 ， 预 备 妥 当 了 。 
    [kjv]  If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
    [bbe]  If a man is not turned from his evil, he will make his sword sharp; his bow is bent and ready.
7:13 [hgb]  他 也 预 备 了 杀 人 的 器 械 。 他 所 射 的 是 火 箭 。 
    [kjv]  He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.
    [bbe]  He has made ready for him the instruments of death; he makes his arrows flames of fire.
7:14 [hgb]  试 看 恶 人 因 奸 恶 而 劬 劳 。 所 怀 的 是 毒 害 ， 所 生 的 是 虚 假 。 
    [kjv]  Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
    [bbe]  That man is a worker of evil; the seed of wrongdoing has given birth to deceit.
7:15 [hgb]  他 掘 了 坑 ， 又 挖 深 了 ， 竟 掉 在 自 己 所 挖 的 阱 里 。 
    [kjv]  He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
    [bbe]  He has made a hole deep in the earth, and is falling into the hole which he has made
7:16 [hgb]  他 的 毒 害 ， 必 临 到 他 自 己 的 头 上 。 他 的 强 暴 必 落 到 他 自 己 的 脑 袋 上 。 
    [kjv]  His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.
    [bbe]  His wrongdoing will come back to him, and his violent behaviour will come down on his head.
7:17 [hgb]  我 要 照 着 耶 和 华 的 公 义 称 谢 他 ， 歌 颂 耶 和 华 至 高 者 的 名 。 
    [kjv]  I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.
    [bbe]  I will give praise to the Lord for his righteousness; I will make a song to the name of the Lord Most High.
