21:1 [hgb]  玛 拿 西 登 基 的 时 候 年 十 二 岁 ， 在 耶 路 撒 冷 作 王 五 十 五 年 。 他 母 亲 名 叫 协 西 巴 。 
    [kjv]  Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and reigned fifty and five years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hephzibah.
    [bbe]  Manasseh was twelve years old when he became king; for fifty-five years he was ruling in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Hephzi-bah.
21:2 [hgb]  玛 拿 西 行 耶 和 华 眼 中 看 为 恶 的 事 ， 效 法 耶 和 华 在 以 色 列 人 面 前 赶 出 的 外 邦 人 所 行 可 憎 的 事 。 
    [kjv]  And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, after the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.
    [bbe]  He did evil in the eyes of the Lord, copying the disgusting ways of those nations whom the Lord had sent out before the children of Israel.
21:3 [hgb]  重 新 建 筑 他 父 希 西 家 所 毁 坏 的 丘 坛 ， 又 为 巴 力 筑 坛 ， 作 亚 舍 拉 像 ， 效 法 以 色 列 王 亚 哈 所 行 的 ， 且 敬 拜 事 奉 天 上 的 万 象 。 
    [kjv]  For he built up again the high places which Hezekiah his father had destroyed; and he reared up altars for Baal, and made a grove, as did Ahab king of Israel; and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them.
    [bbe]  He put up again the high places which had been pulled down by Hezekiah his father; he made altars for Baal, and an Asherah, as Ahab, king of Israel, had done; he was a worshipper and servant of all the stars of heaven.
21:4 [hgb]  在 耶 和 华 殿 宇 中 筑 坛 。 耶 和 华 曾 指 着 这 殿 说 ， 我 必 立 我 的 名 在 耶 路 撒 冷 。 
    [kjv]  And he built altars in the house of the LORD, of which the LORD said, In Jerusalem will I put my name.
    [bbe]  And he put up altars in the house of the Lord, of which the Lord had said, In Jerusalem will I put my name.
21:5 [hgb]  他 在 耶 和 华 殿 的 两 院 中 为 天 上 的 万 象 筑 坛 ， 
    [kjv]  And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of the LORD.
    [bbe]  And he put up altars for all the stars of heaven in the two outer squares of the house of the Lord.
21:6 [hgb]  并 使 他 的 儿 子 经 火 ， 又 观 兆 ， 用 法 术 ， 立 交 鬼 的 和 行 巫 术 的 ， 多 行 耶 和 华 眼 中 看 为 恶 的 事 ， 惹 动 他 的 怒 气 。 
    [kjv]  And he made his son pass through the fire, and observed times, and used enchantments, and dealt with familiar spirits and wizards: he wrought much wickedness in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.
    [bbe]  And he made his son go through the fire, and made use of secret arts and signs for reading the future; he gave positions to those who had control of spirits and to wonder-workers; he did much evil in the eyes of the Lord, moving him to wrath.
21:7 [hgb]  又 在 殿 内 立 雕 刻 的 亚 舍 拉 像 。 耶 和 华 曾 对 大 卫 和 他 儿 子 所 罗 门 说 ， 我 在 以 色 列 众 支 派 中 所 选 择 的 耶 路 撒 冷 和 这 殿 ， 必 立 我 的 名 ， 直 到 永 远 。 
    [kjv]  And he set a graven image of the grove that he had made in the house, of which the LORD said to David, and to Solomon his son, In this house, and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all tribes of Israel, will I put my name for ever:
    [bbe]  He put the image of Asherah which he had made in the house of which the Lord had said to David and to Solomon his son, In this house, and in Jerusalem, the town which I have made mine out of all the tribes of Israel, I will put my name for ever.
21:8 [hgb]  以 色 列 人 若 谨 守 遵 行 我 一 切 所 吩 咐 他 们 的 ， 和 我 仆 人 摩 西 所 吩 咐 他 们 的 一 切 律 法 ， 我 就 不 再 使 他 们 挪 移 离 开 我 所 赐 给 他 们 列 祖 之 地 。 
    [kjv]  Neither will I make the feet of Israel move any more out of the land which I gave their fathers; only if they will observe to do according to all that I have commanded them, and according to all the law that my servant Moses commanded them.
    [bbe]  And never again will I send the feet of Israel wandering from the land which I gave to their fathers; if only they will take care to do all my orders, and keep all the law which my servant Moses gave them.
21:9 [hgb]  他 们 却 不 听 从 。 玛 拿 西 引 诱 他 们 行 恶 ， 比 耶 和 华 在 以 色 列 人 面 前 所 灭 的 列 国 更 甚 。 
    [kjv]  But they hearkened not: and Manasseh seduced them to do more evil than did the nations whom the LORD destroyed before the children of Israel.
    [bbe]  But they did not give ear; and Manasseh made them do more evil than those nations did, whom the Lord gave up to destruction before the children of Israel.
21:10 [hgb]  耶 和 华 借 他 仆 人 众 先 知 说 ， 
    [kjv]  And the LORD spake by his servants the prophets, saying,
    [bbe]  And the Lord said, by his servants the prophets,
21:11 [hgb]  因 犹 大 王 玛 拿 西 行 这 些 可 憎 的 恶 事 比 先 前 亚 摩 利 人 所 行 的 更 甚 ， 使 犹 大 人 拜 他 的 偶 像 ， 陷 在 罪 里 。 
    [kjv]  Because Manasseh king of Judah hath done these abominations, and hath done wickedly above all that the Amorites did, which were before him, and hath made Judah also to sin with his idols:
    [bbe]  Because Manasseh, king of Judah, has done these disgusting things, doing more evil than all the Amorites before him, and making Judah do evil with his false gods,
21:12 [hgb]  所 以 耶 和 华 以 色 列 的 神 如 此 说 ， 我 必 降 祸 与 耶 路 撒 冷 和 犹 大 ， 叫 一 切 听 见 的 人 无 不 耳 鸣 。 
    [kjv]  Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Behold, I am bringing such evil upon Jerusalem and Judah, that whosoever heareth of it, both his ears shall tingle.
